The Whole Foods Reset is our signature program with set start dates throughout the year and supported by our coaching team. This is a two-week online program with community support via WhatsApp and Daily Support emails. In this program, you commit to two weeks of eating whole foods, aka. real food meal-plans, while removing common irritants like dairy, gluten, alcohol, and more. It’s absolutely incredible to witness how vibrant our participants feel after just a couple of days of eating real food.

Sugar Bust Reset

The Sugar Bust Reset is a 5-day, self-led, online experience. You can take this program at any time you find yourself needing to recommit to your healthy eating habits but find yourself struggling against a sharpened sugar tooth. This program begins with an educational component designed to increase your sugar knowledge.

It continues with a 5-day low sugar meal plan to support you in minimizing the grips of this sizeable opponent.

Mental Wellbeing Reset

The importance of mental health can’t be overstated, given that it impacts every part of our lives. Even so, we often let caring for our mental health take a back seat to other priorities. We have a tendency to ignore our needs until we’re burned out, isolated, or struggling with illness. This is a 5-day challenge. Each day explores a different facet of mental health and contains a simple exercise for putting it into practice. In less than 15 minutes a day, you can improve your emotional well-being.
